The Full Story

To be Soft and Bold is an Artful way to live.

From the scent of sawdust in her father's wood shop to the heat of the forge, [Your Name] has always been drawn to the intersection of material and transformation. Her first artistic expressions came through clay, a medium that taught her the language of shaping with intention and intuition.

After a chance encounter in a welding class, she found her way into blacksmithing — a practice that has since become a cornerstone of her work. To her, the relationship between steel, fire, and the human holding the hammer is sacred. It is a dialogue of energy, force, and finesse — a molecular transformation guided by will and wonder.

Over the years, she’s explored a range of mediums including reclaimed wood, found objects, pastels, watercolors, acrylic, and clay. But it is copper that has most captured her attention in recent years. Warm, responsive, and alive, copper allows for a continued exploration of movement, texture, and form.

Whether shaping a sculpture or designing a garden, [Your Name] engages in a tactile, intuitive dance with each material — led by the divine trio of Heart, Head, and Hands.
