About The Event
Local artist and business owner Vera Johnson is teaching a class, hosted by The Upper Room Studio! Hand building offers a whole new range of clay play.
Letting the spirit of the piece come out lends itself to the therapeutic benefit of truly letting your imagination go free. Vera Johnson will be dipping her toes back into clay play after a 4 year break. She’s been working with clay for over 20 years studying under a professional potter for all of those years. She has taught for 3 years running her own pottery studio before moving to Maine.
This will be hand building construction only. So much can be done at the table. You’ll be amazed. We’re only limited by our own boundaries and maybe a few worthwhile techniques 😉 Vera is very excited to be back in the studio, and we are so happy to have her! Room for 10 Registrants, $35.00 each week includes clay and selected open studio time.
There should be plenty of street parking and access will be well marked.
50% down required. No refunds are issued however we will offer you a make up clsss. if you cannot come, Please let us know in advance if you are not going to make it.
