Kid’s Art Hour: Make Seed Paper

Get in the Spring spirit by learning how to make your own seed paper that can be made into ornaments you can plant! Some of the festive designs we will be making include bunnies, chicks, ducks, sheep, eggs, and flowers. $10 per person or 2 for $15: covers the facility cost and all supplies needed to bring home several ornaments. Alexis Burbank is an artist living and working from her native home in Maine where she is inspired by the spirits, plants and animals of the land. She graduated with highest honors in 2014 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Fine Arts and a minor in Book Arts from the University of Maine at Machias. Currently she works part time in preschool classrooms and hopes to continue her practice as an illustrator and art enrichment teacher for all ages.
