Vera's Iron and Vine, my retail store, opened in 2018, and in 2020, I began renovating a former fiddlehead cannery in Wilton, Maine, transforming it into my creative space, now called Belle Creative arts. Here, I craft and assemble mixed media, found object art, refined artisan jewelry, pottery, and one-of-a-kind pieces. You’ll often find me in my overalls, happily chatting with anyone who comes to visit!

About the event
Using reclaimed copper from the statehouse dome replacement you can create a beautiful design of your choice. You’ll be given 4”x12” piece to make wall art, jewelry or something special .
We will be working the material cold, meaning hardened, not annealed, to preserve the patina.
