About the event
Join us for an evening of meditation, manifestation and collage-making!
Full moons have long been considered marked spaces in the moon cycle to shed the old skin and to set intention for the new, to manifest clearer paths, and to release with open hearts the excess emotional gunk that has accumulated in the last month, or year, or lifetime. Native Americans named the March full moon the Worm Moon, as it’s the first moon casting full glow on the soil as the worms begin to wake and move, stretching their tiny bodies and beginning to cultivate.
So let’s begin to cultivate, too!
Vision boards are known to attract positive change in one’s life. The relationship - and the science - between sight and the brain is strong. When examining the relationship between sight and manifestation, the same can be said! There are articles and ideas all over the internet. If you’re curious, I highly recommend looking into it. But the only way to know for sure is to come find out for yourself!
What are you trying to call into your life? What is it you want to cultivate? What are you pursuing? What growth do you seek?
In this workshop we’ll practice two meditations, the first to cultivate a safe, love-rich environment within our workshop space during our time there, and another after we’ve built our vision boards to infuse communal positive manifestation into our boards before we walk back out into the world.
Maybe this sounds a little crunchy and weird to you. Maybe you’re all about it! Either way, come on down the night before the full moon and try something new! You’ll be welcome no matter what you think of worms or moons or vision boards.
Supplies will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring magazines, scissors, stickers if you have them, and anything else you can think of!
